Email info@hedj.co for account, finance-record, notification, privacy, or security questions. Include a short description of the problem, the device platform, and the app version when relevant. Do not include your password, authentication token, or complete financial records.

Request account deletion from the Salario app

To request deletion of your Salario app account and associated personal information, send an email from the account email address to info@hedj.co with “account deletion” in the subject. State the account email address and any information needed to verify the request; never send a password or authentication token.

The operator will verify the request and handle the deletion request through the current support process. The published account-deletion policy is:

Hedj will verify app-user deletion requests, delete eligible account data including income, recurring payments, expenses, profile data, notification preferences, device tokens, and API tokens, and remove or anonymize information retained for security or legal obligations.

Basic troubleshooting

1. Confirm that your device has a reliable internet connection, then reopen Salario.
2. Check that you are using the current app version and that your email address and password are entered correctly.
3. If notifications are missing, check device notification permission, the selected Salario notification preferences, and whether the device is still registered.
4. If a finance summary looks wrong, review the underlying income, recurring-payment, and expense entries, including currency, amount, date, and active status.
5. If the problem continues, email support with the steps that caused it and any safe diagnostic details.
