SALARIO · PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Salario handles information when you create an account, use its finance features, receive notifications, or contact support.
1. Operator and contact
Salario is operated by Hedj.
For privacy questions or requests, contact info@hedj.co.
2. Information Salario handles
- Account information: name, email address, password hash, email-verification records, account status, and authentication tokens used to keep the mobile account signed in. Salario does not store a readable copy of your password.
- Financial information: income names, amounts, currencies, frequencies, payment dates, recurring payments, expense amounts, categories, dates, and notes that you enter.
- Preferences and profile information: notification preferences, monthly budget preferences, timezone, phone number, and avatar data when provided.
- Notifications and device information: Firebase Cloud Messaging device tokens, mobile platform, app version, last-seen time, notification preferences, delivery status, and technical provider responses.
- Derived financial calculations: Salario calculates totals for income, active recurring payments, and expenses from records you provide. These calculations are not a credit score or financial recommendation.
- Support and security information: information you include when contacting support, plus technical request details such as IP address and user agent when an administrator changes settings or manages the service.
3. Android SMS and notification detection
The current Salario backend exposes notification-device registration and notification-preference features. It does not expose an endpoint that reads SMS messages. If a future Android app uses SMS or notification detection, that feature must obtain the required device permission, explain what it reads, and update this policy before it is enabled.
4. How information is used
- To create and authenticate accounts, verify email addresses, and respond to account requests.
- To store and display the income, recurring-payment, expense, and budget information you enter.
- To calculate finance summaries and deliver notification preferences and reminders you enable.
- To maintain security, troubleshoot failures, deliver support, and operate the service.
5. Providers and data sharing
Salario uses backend application hosting, a database, email delivery, and notification infrastructure to operate the service. The deployment supports MySQL, SMTP email delivery, and Firebase Cloud Messaging; the operator must keep the provider names and processing arrangements in the admin settings current.
Hedj shares information only with service providers needed to host Salario, deliver email, and send enabled notifications.
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Salario can send push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging. This requires a device token and technical delivery information. The configured disclosure is:
Firebase receives device tokens and technical delivery information only for notifications enabled by the user.
6. Retention
Information is retained while the account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for security, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Account deletion for Salario app users
Users may request deletion of their Salario mobile-app account and associated personal information by emailing info@hedj.co from the account email address with “account deletion” in the subject. Do not send a password, authentication token, or complete financial records.
Hedj will verify app-user deletion requests, delete eligible account data including income, recurring payments, expenses, profile data, notification preferences, device tokens, and API tokens, and remove or anonymize information retained for security or legal obligations.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or request deletion of personal information. Contact support to make a request. Salario may need to verify your identity before fulfilling it and may retain information where required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. Children and minimum age
Minimum user age: 13. Do not create an account if you do not meet the applicable minimum age or if a parent or guardian has not authorized your use where the law requires authorization.
10. Changes
Salario may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date and version at the top of this page identify the published revision.
Security or privacy issue? Report it promptly to info@hedj.co. Do not include passwords, tokens, or unnecessary financial information.
