1. Legal operator

These Terms are provided by Hedj.

2. The Salario service

Salario provides account-based tools for recording income, recurring payments, expenses, budgets, finance summaries, and optional reminders and push notifications. You control the information you enter and can update or remove finance records through the available app features.

3. No financial advice

Salario provides calculations and organization tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, credit, or other professional advice. Check calculations independently and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and authentication tokens, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. You must not use another person’s account, attempt to bypass security, or submit unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.

5. Permissions and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, Salario grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to use the service for lawful personal finance organization. You may not reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation, abuse notification delivery, probe systems without authorization, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

6. Account deletion for Salario app users

Users may request deletion of their Salario mobile-app account and associated personal information by emailing info@hedj.co from the account email address with “account deletion” in the subject. Do not send a password or authentication token.

Hedj will verify app-user deletion requests, delete eligible account data including income, recurring payments, expenses, profile data, notification preferences, device tokens, and API tokens, and remove or anonymize information retained for security or legal obligations.

7. Availability and changes

Salario may change, suspend, or discontinue features, notification delivery, or access to the service to maintain security, comply with law, or operate the product. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of provider, network, or device failures. Salario does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that stored calculations will always be error-free.

8. Fees and subscriptions

The current Salario backend contains no paid subscription, in-app purchase, or payment-processing feature. No fee is charged by this web administration and API service. If the product introduces fees or subscriptions, the operator will publish updated terms and the applicable purchase terms before charging users.

9. Support

For product support, account questions, or security and privacy reports, contact info@hedj.co. Support is available without signing in. Do not include passwords, tokens, or unnecessary financial information in support requests.

10. Governing jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to Hedj, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
